North Otago Ruby
Road Metals and Kiwi Concrete have been proudly supporting North Otago Rugby as a major sponsor since 2006. During this time, they have won three Heartland Rugby Championships and the Lochore Cup twice.
This sponsorship is more than representative rugby, with the sposorship primarily supporting the growth of junior rugby in North Otago. Against national trends, North Otago has maintained steady increases in playing numbers both senior and junior.
Canterbury ATV Association
September 2024
Road Metals and Kiwi Concrete were thrilled to sponsor the Canterbury ATV Association TT Nationals event in Waipara. As a key sponsor we were proud to support this thrilling event by providing funds for the prizes given out after the two-day event. The competition was a showcase of skill, determination and the spirit of adventure with riders pushing their limits.
Kaikoura High School Hockey Team

Road Metals and Kiwi Concrete are proud to support the Kaikoura High School hockey team by sponsoring brand-new personalised sport shirts for each member of the team. As communities based locally near our Hapuku site, we were excited to contribute to the success and spirit of our community.
Spreydon School Athletics
Road Metals & Kiwi Concrete are delighted to sponsor sand for Spreydon School’s long jump pit,
creating a safer space for students to enjoy. This community initiative is made possible through
our partnership with local companies Corde and ITM Probuild, working together to support our
young athletes.
Lake Ohau Fire Restoration

Road Metals were proud to sponsor gravel to create pathways in Lake Ohau, following the destruction caused by a devastating fire. This contribution ensures safe access for residents and services, supporting the community’s recovery and rebuilding efforts.
